Credit card orders can be placed online. You can search for products or browse the site . When you find the item in which you are interested, just click the part number to add it to your cart. Use our secure socket layer for worry-free checkout. Also, there is no charge for ground shipments within the US.

Purchase Orders

Verbal, written, and fax orders are acceptable provided your company has an open line of credit with Andover Corporation. All orders from new customers must be confirmed in writing and credit references must be supplied upon request. All orders accepted are subject to current terms and prices.

In accordance with U.S. export regulations, we are required to obtain the end-use of the product, end user and country of ultimate destination on all foreign orders. To avoid delays, please include this information with your purchase order.

Pricing

Most items can be ordered online. Clicking the part number will display the current price of the item. If you prefer, call or e-mail our sales department to obtain a price list or a price quotation.

Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for all customers with established lines of credit. Pre-payment or credit card payment is required from many foreign customers; please check with our Sales Department before ordering. In addition, all foreign orders are subject to any shipping and banking charges that may be incurred.  

Warranty and Product Returns

All sales by Andover Corporation (“Andover”) of Products shall be subject to this Limited Warranty and other terms and conditions contained herein.

Authorization must be obtained for any product returns (see return policy). Blanket orders carry additional terms and conditions.

Shipping

All prices are F.O.B. Salem, New Hampshire. All U.S. Postal Service and UPS shipments are shipped freight prepaid and billed to the buyer. All other methods of shipment are either sent freight collect or charged to the buyer's account. Unless otherwise directed by the customer, shipment is made by DHL.

Note: For online ordering there is no charge for ground shipments within the US

Delivery

All standard catalog items are normally shipped within 3 days of receipt of the order. In the event an item is out of stock, our Sales Department will quote an estimated delivery, usually 2 to 4 weeks.
