2007- MX-Series Camera Pod for Wescam 

Andover was asked to design and manufacture the critical optical components for the MX-Series Airborne Surveillance and Reconnaissance Pods. These multi-sensor, multi-spectral systems can now be found worldwide in over 230 different platforms.

2010 – F-16 Boresight Laser Tracking Alignment Systems (LTAS) for Lockheed Martin

Lockheed required a method to align and verify critical components on the F-16 and other aircraft without specialized training or precision optical tools. Andover Corporation came through with special filters for the LTAS helping lessen data collection time by over 50% meanwhile improving accuracy and reducing personnel and equipment needs.

 2010 – Joint Strike Fighter Program (JSF) for Lockheed Martin

We provide critical optical components to the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II, which is an American family of single-seat, single-engine, all-weather stealth multirole combat aircraft that is intended to perform both air superiority and strike missions. It is also able to provide electronic warfare and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities. Lockheed Martin is the prime F-35 contractor, with principal partners Northrop Grumman and BAE Systems. The aircraft has three main variants: the conventional takeoff and landing F-35A (CTOL), the short take-off and vertical-landing F-35B (STOVL), and the carrier-based F-35C (CV/CATOBAR).

2011 – C-17 Globemaster III Landing Light Filters (LLF) for Boeing

Andover has supplied the C-17 with replacement LLF’s since 2011, including housing and hardware. A high-wing, four-engine, T-tailed military transport aircraft, the multi-service C-17 can carry large equipment, supplies and troops directly to small airfields in harsh terrain anywhere in the world. The massive, sturdy, long-haul aircraft tackles distance, destination and heavy, oversized payloads in unpredictable conditions. 

 2013 – Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP)

This pod handles the most challenging intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) in the air, land and sea. These are widely used by the United States Airforce in a number of aircraft including the F-16, F-18, B-1 and B-52.

2015 – Apache Program AH-64 for Lockheed Martin.

Andover Corporation designed filters for the Apache’s Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (M-TADS/PNVS). In 2021, it is estimated that over 800 Apache Helicopters now fly for the US Army.
