RESISTANCE EVAPORATION
Resistance evaporation employs a variety of thermal coating techniques. Using tungsten filaments and molybdenum boats, many different types of coating materials can be deposited on a wide range of substrates. Optical filters can be created across a broad spectrum of wavelengths using these processes. In addition, resistance evaporation can be combined with other coating techniques producing incredibly high-performance optics.
